Scholarship Funding 

Gates Cambridge scholarship covers all the costs of studying with the following additional benefits:

• University Composition Fee
• Maintainance Allowance of £20,000 for 12 months
• For PhD Scholars, the maintenance allowance is for 4 years
• Airfare ticket for the beginning and end of the course
• Visa costs, Immigration Health Surcharge

Additional Funding

• The trust also offers several types of additional funding:
• Academic Development funding of £500 to up to £2,000 to attend courses and conferences
• Children allowance of £11,604 for one child and for more than one child, £16,548.
• Allowance for the Field work as a part of your PhD.
• Hardship funding

Eligibility Criteria:

• The scholarship is awarded to students who have excellent academic records.
• All international students residing outside the UK are invited to submit their applications.
• To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants need to enrol themself in the course at the University of Cambridge.
